Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd acquires 100% of Kolsite Energy Pvt Ltd

Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited has acquired 100% of the equity of Kolsite Energy Private Limited at a total consideration of Rs.10,000/- on 8th March 2023.

Kolsite Energy Private Limited will be used as a Special Purpose Vehicle for setting up a new manufacturing plant in North India for manufacturing Lithium-ion battery packs.

Shares of Kabra Extrusion Technik Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 566.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 553.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8751 in over 826 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 577.20 and intraday low of 546.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4956177.00.
