Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd completes acquisition of assets from DICV

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited had earlier announced regarding signing of strategic agreement to acquire assets of frame manufacturing and assembly operations from Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. (DICV) and signing of long-term agreement with DICV for supply of the complete frame assembly.

The Company has now completed the acquisition of the aforesaid assets on February 27, 2023 upon receipt of necessary approval(s) and completion of other closing events.

Shares of Motherson Sumi Systems Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 79.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 456884 in over 2598 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 81.45 and intraday low of 78.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 36722525.00.
