LIC reduces stake in P I Industries Ltd

Life Insurance Corporation of India's (LIC) shareholding in "P I INDUSTRIES LTD." has diluted from 76,40,976 to 45,95,099 Equity Shares decreasing its shareholding from 5.036% to 3.028% of the paid-up capital of the said Company.

The holding decreased from 5.036% to 3.028%, a decrease of 2.008% during the period from 10.01.2022 to 27.02.2023 at an average cost of INR 3371.38.

PI Industries Ltd is into the agro-chemicals space and is having presence in both Domestic and Export markets.

Shares of PI Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3097.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3025.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6402 in over 1295 trades.
