Heritage Foods Ltd allots shares on rights basis

Pursuant to the finalization of the basis of allotment of the Rights Issue approved by designated stock exchange i.e. BSE Limited, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on today i.e. February 21, 2023 considered and approved the allotment of 4,63,98,000 Rights Equity Shares at a price of Rs.5 per Equity Share.

Accordingly, pursuant to the Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs.23,19,90,000/- divided into 4,63,98,000 equity shares face value of Rs.5/- each to Rs.46,39,80,000/- divided into 9,27,96,000 equity shares face value of Rs.5/- each.

Shares of Heritage Foods Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 150.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6957 in over 272 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 155.00 and intraday low of 150.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1056775.00.
