Visagar Polytex allots 496000 shares

Visagar Polytex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2008, inter alia, has allotted 4,96,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at par to the respective applicants in various categories as shown in the Applications and Allotment Register placed before the Board in pursuance of the Rights Issue of shares of the Company by the Letter of Offer dated April 14, 2008 as per the basis of allotment as approved by The Stock Exchange, Mumbai.
