DIC India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of DIC India Ltd have recommended final dividend for the year 2022 of INR 2/- (rupees two) per equity share of INR 10 each. The record date to determine the shareholders to whom dividend is payable is Tuesday, March 15, 2023. The Dividend shall be paid after the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
