Uno Minda Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Uno Minda Limited (Formerly known as Minda Industries Ltd.), approved and declared an interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.50 per equity share i.e. 25 % to the equity shareholders of the company, as on the record date, for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The Board has fixed Monday, 20 February, 2023, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of interim dividend.

The payment of interim dividend / dispatch of dividend warrants will be completed on or before 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Minda Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 506.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 494.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39109 in over 2317 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 511.55 and intraday low of 489.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19563455.00.
