The Board of directors of ASM Technologies Ltd has declared 3rd Interim dividend at a rate of Rs. 1/- per share on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year 2022-2023 with face value of Rs. 10/- fully paid and Rs. 0.30/- per share on the face value of Rs. 3/- partly paid up at 10%., for the year 2022-2023. Dividend will be paid on or before 7th of March, 2023.
