Hero MotoCorp Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 65

The Board of Directors of Hero MotoCorp Ltd at its meeting held on February 7, 2023, has considered and approved interim dividend @ 3,250% i.e. Rs. 65 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 per equity share) for the financial year 2022-23.

Accordingly, the Board has fixed February 17, 2023 as record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of interim dividend. The payment of interim dividend/ dispatch of dividend warrants will be completed by March 9, 2023.

Shares of Hero MotoCorp Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2653.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2694.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12948 in over 1511 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2691.55 and intraday low of 2615.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 34295132.00.
