NACL Industries Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of NACL Industries Ltd in its meeting held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, has considered and declared Second Interim Dividend of Re.0.15 per equity share (i.e. 15% on equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each) for the financial year 2022-23.

The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for the Interim Dividend has been fixed as Friday, February 10, 2023 and said dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
