PCBL Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 5.50

The Board of Directors of PCBL Ltd, at its Meeting held today, i.e. 31st January, 2023, has considered and approved the declaration of an Interim Dividend @ 550%, i.e. Rs. 5.50/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each, for the financial year ending 31st March, 2023 and fixation of Friday, 10th February, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of the afore-said Interim Dividend.
