Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd to sell land at Kavesar, Thane

The Board of Directors of Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd on 30th January, 2023, has approved a proposal for sale of the Company's land at Kavesar, Thane to Shoden Developers Private Limited, a group company of House of Hiranandani group (hereinafter referred as the "Purchaser") for total consideration of Rs. 655 Crores for an area admeasuring 96,180 sq. mts. The Company has entered into an Agreement to Sell with the Purchaser. The sale is subject to completion of procedures and approvals as may be necessary in this regard.

Shares of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 408.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 407.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4026 in over 526 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 411.90 and intraday low of 402.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1641672.00.
