Aurobindo Pharma Ltd updates on USFDA inspection

The United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) inspected Aurobindo Pharma Ltd's wholly owned subsidiary, APL Health Care Limited's Unit I & III, an Orals (Tablets, Capsules and Soft gel Capsules) and Derma Manufacturing facility located at Jadcherla, Mahabub Nagar District, Telangana, from January 9 to January 18, 2023.

At the end of the inspection, we have been issued a 'Form 483' with 2 observations. The observations are procedural in nature. We will respond to the US FDA within the stipulated timelines and work closely with US FDA to close the observations at the earliest.

Shares of Aurobindo Pharma Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 444.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 442.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13054 in over 645 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 449.95 and intraday low of 442.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5797042.00.
