Sangam India Ltd invests Rs. 15.50 crores in Sangam Ventures Ltd

Sangam India Ltd has made further investment to the extent of Rs. 15.50 crores in Sangam Ventures Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS). Sangam Ventures Limited has allotted 21,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up at a premium of Rs. 63.82/- per shares on 16th January, 2023.

The WOS shall setup a world class plant for seamless garments in various blends such as polyamide, spandex, polypropylene and natural fibres.

Shares of Sangam (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 224.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 222.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15397 in over 65 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 226.50 and intraday low of 223.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3464189.00.
