SEAMEC Ltd completes purchase of vessel 'Subtech Swordfish'

SEAMEC Ltd has completed the process of purchase of vessel "Subtech Swordfish" and taken over the same on 13th January, 2023 at 10:30 hours London time.

On completion of takeover, the vessel was put on deployment on bareboat charter with M/s. James Fisher Marine Services Limited with multiple options during charter period.

The charter hire for the firm period is USD 798,000.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 851.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 859.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 394 in over 82 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 865.35 and intraday low of 848.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 336537.00.
