Aartech Solonics Ltd board approves migration to main board of BSE and NSE

The Board of Directors of Aartech Solonics Limited in its meeting held today i.e., 11th day of January, 2023 has considered and approved the decision for Migration of the Company from BSE SME Platform to Main Board of BSE Limited ("BSE") and National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE") which shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and applicable regulatory authorities as the case may be.

Shares of Aartech Solonics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 74.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 67.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44000 in over 10 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 74.05 and intraday low of 69.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3201600.00.
