Hindalco Industries Ltd approves NCDs for Rs. 700 crore

Hindalco Industries Limited has announced that the Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 10, 2023, approved issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") on private placement basis, for an amount not exceeding Rs. 700 Crore.

Shares of Hindalco Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 477.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 470.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 162289 in over 3684 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 480.40 and intraday low of 473.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 77403659.00.
