Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited ("the Company") has made a further investment by acquiring an additional equity stake of 5.53% in Sarvejana Healthcare Private Limited, subsidiary Company. Consequently, the Company now holds 56.61% of the total paid-up Equity Share capital of Sarvejana Healthcare Private Limited.

Sarvejana Healthcare Private Limited ("Sunshine Hospital") is a subsidiary of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited ("the Company/ KIMS"). KIMS has increased its holding from 51.07% to 56.61% [an increase of 5.53%] in Sunshine Hospital.

The Total paid up Equity Share Capital of Sunshine Hospital as on date is ₹36,51,60,900/- (Rupees Thirty Six Crore Fifty One Lakh Sixty Thousand Nine Hundred Only) and the Total Income of Sunshine Hospital for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 is ₹ 4,888.95 Million (Consolidated).

Shares of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1497.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1531.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1833 in over 479 trades.
