UCO Bank to raise upto Rs. 1000 crore

The Board of Directors of UCO Bank at its meeting held on this day i.e. 03.01.2023 has approved the proposal for raising of Tier I Capital aggregating upto Rs.1000 crore in the form of Additional Tier I Bonds in one or more tranches upto FY 24 i.e. till 31st March 2024.

Shares of UCO Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 31.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4135103 in over 5999 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 32.10 and intraday low of 31.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 130351364.00.
