Eicher Motors Ltd reports 17.3% YoY increase sales in December 2022

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures for Eicher Trucks and Buses & Volvo Trucks for the month of December 2022. The company has sold 7221 vehicles during December 2022, as against 6154 in December 2021 registering a growth of 17.3% YoY.

The company has sold 7003 Eicher Trucks and Buses in December 2022, as compared to 6002 in December 2021, growth of 16.7% YoY. The domestic sales of Eicher Trucks and Buses stood at 6671 units in December 2022, 28.5% higher than 5192 units in December 2021. The exports of Eicher Trucks and Buses dropped 59% YoY to 332 units in December 2022, as compared to 810 units in December 2021.

The company has sold 218 Volvo Trucks during December 2022 as against 152 units in December 2021, registering YoY growth of 43.4%.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3229.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3280.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11702 in over 1734 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3310.00 and intraday low of 3218.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 38024229.00.
