SEAMEC Ltd enters into MoA for purchase of vessel 'Subtech Swordfish'

SEAMEC Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement for purchase of Vessel - "Subtech Swordfish" from James Fisher Marine Services Limited, London, United Kingdom, at a price of USD 24,000,000 (United States Dollars Twenty Four Million Only).

On completion of takeover, the vessel will be put on deployment on bareboat charter with M/s. James Fisher Marine Services Limited for a firm period upto March, 2023.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 932.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 963.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 375 in over 70 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 989.50 and intraday low of 928.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 352673.00.
