Goodluck India Ltd allots warrants, shares

The Board of Directors of Goodluck India Ltd in its meeting held today, December 19, 2022 which commenced at 04.00 P.M. and concluded at 4.50 P.M., has considered and approved the allotment of 964600 warrants (convertible into equity Shares of Rs. 2.00 each) at a price of Rs. 450.00/- each (including a premium of Rs. 448.00/- each) as per the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 to the promoter category on preferential issue basis.

The board also issued and allotted 12,50,000 equity shares (hereinafter referred to as "shares") at a price of Rs. 450.00/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each (including a premium of Rs. 448.00/- each) as per the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 to the nonpromoter category on preferential issue basis.

Shares of Goodluck India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 496.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 497.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21300 in over 1137 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 509.95 and intraday low of 492.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10732224.00.
