Wonder Fibromats Ltd to change name as Wonder Electricals Ltd

The Shareholders of the Company approved the Special Resolution at the EGM held on 24th November 2022 for change in the name of the Company from Wonder Fibromats Limited to "Wonder Electricals Limited" intimated to the stock exchanges on 25th November, 2022, through the EGM Voting Results.

Subsequently, the Company filed an application with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi for issue of fresh certificate of incorporation.

The Registrar of Companies, Delhi has approved our application and has granted a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 14th December, 2022, pursuant to change of name to "Wonder Electricals Limited".

Shares of Wonder Fibromats Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 221.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 215.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 979 in over 93 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 222.25 and intraday low of 219.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 216265.00.
