IndInfravit Trust inks framework agreement

The Board of Directors of the LTIDPL IndvIT Services Limited, the investment manager ("IM") of IndInfravit Trust ("the Trust") at its meeting held on December 14, 2022 considered and approved, the execution of the framework agreement amongst the Trust, L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, the IM and Beawar Pali Pindwara Tollway Private Limited ("InvIT Framework Agreement") and performance of the actions contemplated thereunder including for completion of conditions precedent and closing actions.

The consummation of the actions contemplated under the InvIT Framework Agreement will remain subject to the receipt of necessary statutory, corporate, or regulatory approvals or consents, including satisfaction of the relevant conditions precedent and other considerations, including those set out in the InvIT Framework Agreement.
