Advik Laboratories Limited is now MPS Pharmaa Limited

The Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana has approved the change in name of the Company from "ADVIK LABORATORIES LIMITED" to "MPS PHARMAA LIMITED" with effect from December 13, 2022.

The name of the Company thus stands changed from "ADVIK LABORATORIES LIMITED" to "MPS PHARMAA LIMITED" with effect from December 13, 2022 and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stands amended accordingly.
