Gyscoal Alloys Ltd to consider rights issue

A meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of Gyscoal Alloys Ltd is scheduled to be held on Monday, December 19, 2022 shall consider and approve the terms of the rights issue such as Issue Price, Ratio, Record date, Issue opening date and issue closing date.

The board will also consider any other matter with the prior approval of the Chairman of the Committee.
