Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd raises Rs. 105 crores through NCDs

The Committee of Directors of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd, has today, i.e., December 14, 2022, approved the allotment of 1050 - Senior, Unsecured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value Rs. 10,00,000/- each, for cash, aggregating to Rs. 105 crores, to ICICI Bank Ltd on private placement basis, on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Placement Memorandum for the said Issue.

The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) Segment of NSE Limited.

Shares of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4676.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4741.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6309 in over 1005 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4755.80 and intraday low of 4661.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 29603989.00.
