Jai Balaji Industries Ltd to consider fund raising on Dec 15, 2022

A meeting of the Board of directors of Jai Balaji Industries Ltd is scheduled to be held on, 15/12/2022, to consider & evaluate the proposals for raising of funds by way of preferential issue/allotment, private placement including a qualified institutions placement or through any other permissible mode or combination thereof, as may be considered appropriate, by way of issue of equity shares or warrants or other securities convertible into equity shares or bonds.

For the aforesaid proposal, the Board, if req, would also consider conducting an EGM/postal ballot process to seek approval of the shareholders.
