QGO Finance Ltd to raise Rs. 7 crore through NCDs

The Board of Directors of QGO Finance Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held today i.e., Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 10:30 AM and concluded at 10:45 AM have, considered, approved and taken on record the issue of Unsecured, unlisted, redeemable, Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) under Private Placement basis up to Rs. 70,000,000 within the borrowing limits of the Company as approved by the shareholders.

Shares of QGO Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 34.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 33.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1131 in over 20 trades.
