Kore Foods Ltd executes sale deed with Cherish Specialties Ltd

Kore Foods Limited had entered into a Deed of Sale on 04.04.2022 with Cherish Specialties Limited for Sale of Company's Factory building situated at Mauxi Road, Valpoi, Goa. During the process of Registration of the said Deed of Sale it was noted that the stamp duty rate was revised and accordingly additional stamp duty was required to be paid and the Deed of Sale has to be dated after the full payment of Registration Fees and Stamp Duty. Hence the Company made the amendment in the date of Deed of Sale from 04.04.2022 to 28.11.2022. Accordingly, the company has executed Deed of Sale on 28.11.2022 with Cherish Specialties Limited on the same terms and conditions and the said Deed of Sale is registered on 29.11.2022 with the Office of Subs-Registrar at Valpoi, Sattari Goa.

Shares of Kore Foods Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.02 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.66. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42955 in over 338 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.24 and intraday low of 11.66. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 517843.00.
