Worldwide Leather equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Worldwide Leather Exports Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order of Hon'ble High Court at Culcutta, the separate meetings of the equity shareholders, 1% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shareholders and 11% Non-Cumulative fully convertible Preference Shareholders of Hytone Commercial Pvt Ltd & Equity shareholders of the Company will be held on November 03, 2006, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Hytone Commercial Pvt Ltd with the Company.
