IT search underway at Metropolis Healthcare Limited

The Income Tax Department ("IT Department") is conducting a search / inquiry under the powers conferred to them by the Income Tax Act, 1961 at the premises of Metropolis Healthcare Limited. The Company is providing all possible assistance to the officials and will furnish all explanations and clarifications as desired by them in this matter.

The company confirmed that the proceedings have no impact on the operational performance of the Company.

The company has also reiterated that it is functioning with the highest standards of corporate governance and will keep all the stakeholders informed about the outcome on conclusion of the proceedings.
