Sejal Architectural Glass IPO receives 9.90 times subscription

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Sejal Architectural Glass Ltd which opened for subscription on June 9, 2008 has received susbcription of 9.90 times till 5:00 PM on June 12, 2008.

The company came out with an IPO of 91,94,155 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs 105 to Rs 115.

The issue has received bids for 91020540 equity shares against the offer of 9194155 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 25010400 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received bids for 19596540 equity shares against the offer of 4597078 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 4.2628 times.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received subscription of 33.1715 times with bids for 45747540 equity shares against the offer of 1379123 equity shares.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received bids for 25676460 equity shares against the offer of 3217954 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 7.9791 times.

The IPO closed for subscription today June 12, 2008.
