Filatex India Ltd board approves stock split

The Board of Directors of Filatex India Ltd, in their meeting held on 8th November, 2022, have considered and approved the sub-division of One Equity share of Face Value of Rs.2 into 2 Equity shares of Face Value of Rs. 1 each subject to the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot.

The record date for the said sub-division of Equity Share shall be fixed and announced in due course.

Shares of Filatex India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 101.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 100.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36142 in over 1044 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 103.00 and intraday low of 100.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3655280.00.
