Supreme Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Supreme Industries Ltd at its meeting held on Monday, the 31st October, 2022, has approved payment of Interim Dividend @ 300 % i.e. Rs. 6/- per Share on 12,70,26,870 Nos. of Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (F.V.).

The Company has fixed Wednesday, the 9th November, 2022, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the Shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.
