Kopran Research Laboratories Ltd acquires assets of API manufacturing unit

Pursuant to an agreement entered into by Kopran Research Laboratories Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Kopran Limited, it has acquired the assets of an API manufacturing Unit of Abhinandan Rasayan Private Limited located at MIDC - Ambernath, subject to certain terms and conditions as mentioned in the said agreement.

Pursuant to the said acquisition, once the unit is made fully functional, it will help the Company in increasing its API and intermediate production capacity.

Shares of Kopran Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 179.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 182.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15446 in over 742 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 187.00 and intraday low of 174.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2817419.00.
