BEML Bagged Raksha Mantri Award

BEML Limited A Defence Public Sector Undertaking received Raksha Mantri Award for Excellence - 'Raksha Srijan Ratn' 2021-22 in the category of Indigenisation/ Import Substitution Under Large Scale Enterprise.

At a special function held at DefExpo 2022, Gandhi Nagar Shri Amit Banerjee, CMD BEML received the award from Shri Rajnath Singh, Hon'ble Defence Minister in presence of Shri Ajay Bhatt, Hon'ble Minister of State for Defence, Lt Gen R K Malhotra, Director General (DGQA). Shri AK Srivastav, Director (Defence Business), BEML also present on this occasion.

The award is for BEML designed and developed Armoured Recovery Vehicle (ARV) in co-ordination with CVRDE and equipment is totally made in-house without any foreign collaboration.

In true reflection of 'Make in India" concept, BEML made ARV Tanks, can recover and repairs of Main Battle Tanks in the field.

Shares of BEML Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1592.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1634.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2950 in over 650 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1643.55 and intraday low of 1590.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4757225.00.
