NACL Industries Limited declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Directors of NACL Industries Limited in its meeting held on Friday, October 21, 2022, has considered and declared First Interim Dividend of Re.0.30 per equity share (i.e. 30% on equity shares of face value of Rs.1/- each) for the financial year 2022-23.

The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for the Interim Dividend has been fixed as Wednesday, November 02, 2022 and said dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
