Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Ltd to acquire industrial lease hold land

Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Limited has entered into and registered an Agreement for the acquisition of an Industrial lease hold land admeasuring 10,358 sq. mtrs together with Industrial building admeasuring 835.88 sq. mtrs situated at Vatva, Ahmedabad for setting up manufacturing unit for inorganic chemicals.

The acquisition has been completed upon execution and registration of Agreement dated 17th October, 2022.

The Company had paid aggregate consideration of INR 22.98 Crores.

Shares of ISHAN DYES & CHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 71.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 72.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9667 in over 173 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 73.75 and intraday low of 71.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 696899.00.
