Arrow Greentech Limited approves preferential issue

The board of directors of Arrow Greentech Limited have approved the increase of the authorised share capital of the Company from the existing Rs.15,00,00,000/- divided into 1,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to Rs. 17,50,00,000/- divided into 1,75,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. Accordingly, the capital clause of the Memorandum of Association will also be replaced, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.

The board approved issue of upto 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) equity shares in accordance with the applicable law at a price of Rs.108/- (Rupees One Hundred and Eight Only) each aggregating upto Rs. 10,80,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores and Eighty Lakhs Only) to Promoter and other NonPromoter group persons by way of preferential issue and subject to necessary approval of the members of the Company and other regulatory authorities, as maybe applicable.

Shares of Arrow Greentech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 133.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 126.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18925 in over 143 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 133.15 and intraday low of 127.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2499184.00.
