Jupiter Wagons Ltd emerges successful resolution applicant for Stone India Ltd

The board of directors of Jupiter Wagons Limited ("JWL") at its meeting held today (i.e., 15 October 2022), has taken on record the letter of intent dated 14 October 2022, received in the matter of Stone India Limited by the Resolution Professional with respect to the "Declaration of the Successful Resolution Applicant and Intimation of Approval of the Plan & Issue of the Letter of Intent" ("LoI")".

As per the voting results, the resolution plan submitted by JWL has been approved by the COC unanimously, Hence JWL has been identified as the 'Successful Resolution Applicant'.

The Board of Directors of JWL duly took on record the LoI issued by the RP and approved undertaking necessary steps for acceptance of the LoI in terms of the LoI.

Shares of Jupiter Wagons Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 73.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 72.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24093 in over 144 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 75.70 and intraday low of 72.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1797083.00.
