TVS Motor Company Ltd completes acquisition of 48.27% stake in DriveX

TVS Motor Company Limited had earlier announced regarding acquisition of 48.27% stake in Nkars Mobility Millennial Solutions Private Limited [DriveX].

The said transaction has been completed today, i.e., 15th October 2022 and thereby DriveX has become an Associate of the Company effective today.

Shares of TVS Motor Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1078.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1077.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34512 in over 2429 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1106.80 and intraday low of 1072.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 37480398.00.
