PTC Industries Limited to consider fund raising on Oct 20, 2022

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of PTC Industries Limited will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 8:00 pm through video - conferencing facility to, consider the proposal for raising of funds in one or more tranches, by way of fresh issue of Equity Shares, Warrants convertible into Equity Shares or any other permissible securities, either singly or in combination thereof, through Preferential Allotment in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (including any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for time being in force) and the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and subsequent amendments thereto.

The board will also consider any other matter with permission of the Board.
