Universus Photo Imagings Ltd declares one-time special interim dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on October 12, 2022 has declared One-time Special Interim Dividend of 100% (Rs.10/-per equity share) on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The Company has fixed 25th October 2022 as the record date for the purpose of payment of the One-time Special Interim Dividend. The said dividend will be paid on or after 29th October 2022.
