Reliance Infrastructure Ltd announces resignation of independent director

Dr. Thomas Mathew has resigned as Independent Director of Reliance Infrastructure Ltd as unable to continue to serve on the Board of the Company owing to other preoccupations and commitment to complete some time-bound responsibilities.

The Director has confirmed that there are no other reasons for resignation other than stated above.
