Kinetic Engineering Ltd board approves preferential issue of 8,79,310 Equity Shares

The Board of directors of Kinetic Engineering Ltd have considered issue of 8,79,310 Equity Shares on Preferential basis to Promoter Company - Micro Age Instruments Private Ltd. at Rs.116/- per Equity Share (including Rs. 106/- as premium) subject to approval of the shareholders.

The Board has proposed to obtain shareholders' approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on 29th September 2022.
