Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd terminates JV

The company has announced the termination of Joint Venture Agreement dated October 24, 2019 between Kirloskar Electric Company Limited and Electrodrive Powertrain Solutions Private Limited.

The parties mutually agreed to terminate the JV Agreement as per the termination clause of the agreement.

Shares of Kirloskar Electric Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 46.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 44.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 105892 in over 2288 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 46.45 and intraday low of 44.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4850325.00.
