Ceinsys Tech Ltd approves final dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of directors of Ceinsys Tech Ltd have recommended Final Dividend of Rs.2.25/- (Two Rupees and Twenty-Five Paisa Only) per share on the Equity Shares of the Company (i.e. dividend @ 22.5% per equity share having face value of Rs.10/- each), for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Ceinsys Tech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 143.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 144.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 311 in over 12 trades.
