Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited receives LOA for project in JV with KAIUS Consulting Pvt Ltd

Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited has received the Letter of Acceptance ("LOA") for the work of "Project Management Consultancy services for upgradation of New NH 216E, starting from its junction with NH 216 near Amalapauram connecting Palivela and terminating at its junction with NH 216A at Ravulapalem in the State of Andhra Pradesh", from the office of the Government of Andhra Pradesh AP PWD (R&B) Department ("the Authority") through letter dated July 19,2022 as received on 22 July, 2022 directly by the Company i.e. Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited & in association with KAIUS Consulting Private Limited.

Project Management Consultancy Services Fes for the said Project will be Rs. 5,88,57,507/- excluding taxes (Rupees Five Crore Eighty-Eight Lakh Fifty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and Seven only). The Contract period will be of 96 months.

The Company need to submit the Performance Bank Guarantee / Security within 15 days from the receipt of the LOA, post which all the statutory formalities covering signing of contract agreement as per RFP shall take place.

Shares of Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 49.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1839 in over 67 trades.
