Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd at its meeting held on July 21, 2022, has recommended to the shareholders a final dividend of Re. 0.20 per equity share of Re. 1 each (i.e. 20% of face value of equity share) for the Financial Year 2021-22.
